Fala Ingles Alemao.....

Last week we ventured to Fredericksburg for some history and German-ness. A beautiful drive through the hill country, a great WWII museum, cute old buildings and shops and some delicious German meat, potatoes and kraut. Summer continues to smile upon us.

Don't you just love those big mormon roads??? There's a monument to Lyman Wight near there, he saved the town back in the day- before he was excommunicated from Brigham Young.

Thanks for keeping us up to date on the adventures of Hil and C. You have inspired me to tour Utah while we live here. Tomorrow we go to Promontory Point...much less exciting, but historical indeed!

The more you keep posting about little German towns, the more it makes me want to come visit you! :) Glad you are having so much fun down there!
